Horizon to Horizon Evangelistic Association exists to help all people seeking truth find our Lord, Jesus Christ.

The Horizon to Horizon Evangelistic Association exists to proclaim the Good News of Jesus Christ.  We are an outreach ministry focused on strengthening the church throughout the world in areas where traditional evangelistic efforts have failed.  With the increasing trend in the younger generations to turn away from traditional styles of worship, our aim is to reach them with an upbeat and youthful sound and methods of evangelism that meets them where they are and opens a door for a response.  We have found that not only do many of the people today not only turn away from traditional religions but also do not even understand who Jesus Christ is and the Good News He brought into the world.  For many, traditional forms of worship – our language, our symbology, and our concepts of how God works in our lives do not lead them to a personal relationship with our Lord, Jesus Christ.  This lack of common ground requires us to reach out to them in ways that touch them where they are and in ways that speaks to them. 

The focus of Horizon to Horizon is on evangelism and training which we will accomplish using a variety of methods.  Our evangelism efforts are designed to reach the lost while our training efforts are aimed at helping the local church grow and develop an attitude of evangelism among all Christians.  Horizon to Horizon’s evangelistic outreach is designed around 1 to 3 day festivals at locations throughout Europe and the United States.  Each festival uses a combination of music tailored to reach the local culture, personal testimony, and evangelistic preaching designed to create an environment in which the Holy Spirit can reach out and change lives.  The festival is followed up with a series of steps aimed at incorporating the new Christian into the local church and helping them mature as they begin a new life in Christ. 

Our teaching ministry will have a three-prong approach designed to offer local churches the training they need no matter of their background, maturity or size.  The first is to train the local church to develop an attitude of mentorship and formation that will help new members grow and mature as Christians.  This is especially important for churches that work with us through our festivals and crusades.  The second is to train the local church in the importance and methods of local evangelism.  This includes an understanding of what the environment is like in their communities today – the views, beliefs, and attitudes of the lost today, tools and methods of reaching out to the lost in ways that they will respond to, and developing a welcoming and mentoring environment within our churches once new Christians begin to arrive.  Additionally, our teaching ministry is aimed at the youth of today – both in reaching out to them, and in showing them how to reach out to others.  The third is to train Horizon to Horizon teams to better perform their duties – whether as an evangelist, a speaker in the training ministry, musician, or festival staff.  As Horizon to Horizon grows and expands, our goal is to have teams out and working throughout all of the United States and Europe.  This will require an extensive training program to ensure that all our teams are equipped to follow God’s lead and have the tools available to meet this need.
